Coursework checklist: All up-to-date – well done!

Statement of Intent final draft: Will send now.

Filming latest: Filmed it all but on two different cameras (one a GoPro) and it looks very different across the two. Need to re-shoot half the scenes with the other camera so it is visually consistent. Will re-shoot this weekend to complete the filming process (barring re-shoots or additional requirements).

Print planning: Just looked over blog task today and have started the research process.


Next steps:

·         Write a brief summary of what you plan to achieve in your coursework project in the next two weeks.


In the next two weeks i need to finish of the re-filming for my film which will not take long and will get done either Saturday or Sunday. After I finished this i will be editing all the footage and complete it hopefully over the next few weeks. Last of all i have already started Coursework: Film poster research and pre-production and hopefully finish this as well very soon.

Film Poster Analysis

Because of the main character is on the top of the poster above all the city, I think he is the hero of the film and a saviour for the world that people will need to look up to for help. So it will be a action type storyline.  The film genres are sci-fi because of the futuristic building, the flying ship and the font at the front of the poster for blade runner. The font has a futuristic look. Also because of the character smoking the cigarette the film has a noir theme to it which is shown by the colour as well.  This film is aimed at middle-aged men 30+ because of the older feel to the sci-fi and because the rated R is at the bottom right of the texts.  # From the characters faceuail expressions you can tell that is a horror but not one to be taken seriously.
