Coursework checklist: All up-to-date – well done!

Statement of Intent final draft: Will send now.

Filming latest: Filmed it all but on two different cameras (one a GoPro) and it looks very different across the two. Need to re-shoot half the scenes with the other camera so it is visually consistent. Will re-shoot this weekend to complete the filming process (barring re-shoots or additional requirements).

Print planning: Just looked over blog task today and have started the research process.


Next steps:

·         Write a brief summary of what you plan to achieve in your coursework project in the next two weeks.


In the next two weeks i need to finish of the re-filming for my film which will not take long and will get done either Saturday or Sunday. After I finished this i will be editing all the footage and complete it hopefully over the next few weeks. Last of all i have already started Coursework: Film poster research and pre-production and hopefully finish this as well very soon.

Star persona video feedback and learner response

The first piece of feedback: WWW: The lighting was very good, the editing at 2.44 was good, it was different to what others had done. EBI: I think the percentage of how quick it was could’ve been a little bit higher, it was a bit slow. Also, there wasn’t a major transformation – I didn’t really get what was being transformed. Maybe if she changed out of her hoodie into something more glam, it would’ve made the video have more of a purpose. The second piece of feedback: WWW: I really like the hair and makeup within this video because you could see the change which added to the Mise en scene elements in this video and the lighting and make up changed which was really good. EBI: I think that within this video there could have been a costume change and a better setting to add to the Mise en scene for the video.
